Most cabinets at the big box stores are built with particle board — cheap, heavy, and the first thing to fail when it gets wet. Arbor builds differently, because your family deserves better than that.
¾" Plywood Structure — Always
Every cabinet box we build uses ¾" plywood — stronger, lighter, and far more durable than particle board. It holds screws better, handles moisture better, and lasts decades longer. This is non-negotiable for us.
Premium Doors — Flat Panel & Shaker
Our flat panel doors are sourced exclusively from industry-leading suppliers — Imeca, Galaxy, and Salte — known for their precision, edge quality, and finish consistency. For shaker style, we source equally premium pre-finished doors built to the same exacting standard.
Zero Particle Board. Ever.
Particle board swells, sags, and falls apart — especially in Florida's humidity. You'll find it in most cabinets sold at big box stores because it's cheap to produce. You will never find it in an Arbor cabinet. Not in the box, not in the shelves, not anywhere.
